Butcher – Our Products:

Alongside the traditional butcher, Source at Cholderton has a range of oven ready dishes. Our superb pork, lamb, beef and chicken are all available in delicious, beautifully made meals using favourite and much coveted Edmund’s recipes. Depending on the season, customers will be able to buy Moroccan marinated lamb brochettes, ready for the barbeque, or a richly luxurious Ox Tail Stew for the colder months.

Throughout the shooting season, customers will have access to Pheasant, Partridge and Pigeon, all, if they wish beautifully stuffed and trussed, oven ready. If you have a dinner party on the horizon, speak to Bryony about the catering and you can work through menus to make everyone’s mouths water.

In addition to cooked dishes, we also have smoked meats. Bacon cured in Source’s kitchen is made from our amazing organic Tamworth pork and other speciality cured meats, like Parma ham and Serrano are brought in from the best producers in Europe.
